About the app
Gardenly Studio brings together everyday plant care, garden planning, and a personal record of what changes over time. Its main functions work without an internet connection or an online account. That makes it possible to keep essential garden information in one place, on the Android device you already use. The app is provided by TALENT SOLUTION PROVIDER in Pakistan.
Keep plant names and individual profiles as part of your garden records. Add planting dates and notes that help you remember how a plant has changed since you first recorded it.
Record different areas of your garden and use those details to arrange your planting information. Each area can sit alongside sunlight and soil notes that give your records useful context.
Watering intervals, care schedules and completed tasks help document recurring garden work. The app uses your saved information to calculate and show schedules and care activity.
Journal entries make room for practical notes about fertilizer, pests, propagation, and growth. These observations are part of the personal garden record stored on your device.

What the app uses and does
The app works with information that you decide to enter, along with a small set of preferences that support its features. Images you choose for your own growth journal are handled differently from optional editorial photography. Gardenly Studio does not require a user account to manage your main records. Some visual content may still involve a connection to an external image host.
Plant names, planting dates and profile information give each record its identity. You decide what information to save in your personal garden collection.
Watering intervals, care schedules and completed tasks help create an ongoing care timeline. The information is also used to calculate and display relevant schedules.
Soil notes, sunlight observations, fertilizer details and pest observations can be stored as part of your journal. They are saved locally with the rest of your garden information.
Photos selected through Android’s Photo Picker are processed on the device. A reduced-size JPEG copy is saved in private app files while the original gallery image remains unchanged.
Theme choices and reminder preferences are saved locally so the app can remember your settings. If reminders are enabled, Android may ask for notification permission.
Some decorative garden images may come from Pexels over HTTPS when they are not bundled or cached. These requests may expose ordinary connection data to the image provider.

How your data is handled
Gardenly Studio distinguishes the garden information you actively save from the technical details involved in loading optional online images. Its core records stay in Android app-private storage. The app uses those records to power garden features, not for behavioral advertising. When you choose to export or share files, the destination and subsequent handling matter.
Choose the plants, care details, notes, and photographs you want to keep. Those personal entries are not automatically sent to a developer-operated garden-record server.
Records are kept in local Room/SQLite storage and image copies in private app files. Android’s application sandbox provides the usual separation from other apps.
Your saved details support garden areas, care calculations, journal views, growth timelines and requested reports. Appearance and reminder preferences support the associated settings.
You can generate a PDF report or ZIP backup and select its destination. These files are not encrypted by the app once exported, so handle them with care.
Delete relevant records or photographs within the app, or clear storage or uninstall when appropriate. Previously shared or exported files need to be removed separately from their destinations.

Privacy at a glance
Most of what makes a garden diary personal stays on the device where it was created. There is no app sign-in requirement and no developer server receiving your private garden entries. The current source does not include advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or Firebase services. Optional third-party editorial images are an exception to a completely offline description, because loading them uses a network connection.
Plant profiles, planting dates, garden areas, journals, schedules, notes and selected photo copies are kept in app-private storage. These are the records that make your journal yours.
The app does not automatically upload personal growth photos, garden records, reports or backups to its own server. You remain responsible for sharing a file when you choose to export it.
The described version does not include user accounts, advertising networks, analytics SDKs or Firebase services. Your garden records are not used for behavioral profiling.
Pexels may receive technical network details such as an IP address, requested URL and request time when optional editorial images load. Personal journal content is not attached to those requests.
Care reminders run with on-device scheduling rather than a remote messaging account. You can disable reminders through the app or Android’s notification settings.

Your choices and rights
The policy describes practical controls for information that you put in the app yourself. You can decide whether to create a record, choose an image, request an export, or enable reminders. You can also delete certain saved records and remove the app’s private data. The controls for an exported copy or a third-party image request log are not the same as those for local app storage.
Adding plant names, notes, growing conditions and photographs is voluntary. The app does not require a name, password or online account for its main features.
Android’s system picker lets you select images without the app requesting broad access to your entire photo library. Saved copies can be deleted through the app’s gallery controls.
You can turn reminders off inside Gardenly Studio or manage notification permission in Android Settings. Android 13 and later may request permission before showing notifications.
For PDF reports and ZIP backups, you choose the destination through the Android document interface. A cloud destination or another receiving app may apply its own privacy terms.
You may delete records, clear app storage or uninstall Gardenly Studio, subject to device behavior. Any exported copies need separate deletion where they were saved.
The publisher provides an email address for questions about the app or its data handling. Third-party image-host logs remain subject to the image provider’s own policies.

Why this matters
A garden journal can become a meaningful record of what has grown, what changed and what care you gave. Gardenly Studio’s policy explains both its local-storage approach and its limits. Device-private storage and HTTPS image requests offer protections, but neither a device nor a network can be promised completely secure. Export choices, third-party network requests, and deletion outside the app all deserve the same clear explanation.
Local Room/SQLite records and copied images live inside Android’s app-private area. This relies on the normal Android sandbox rather than a claim of absolute security.
The app keeps a reduced-size JPEG copy of a selected image while leaving your original gallery picture unchanged. Personal growth photos are not automatically uploaded.
Online editorial images are optional to the core garden features, but they can produce technical request logs. Pexels describes its own handling in its published privacy policy.
PDF reports and ZIP backups are readable files outside the app’s protected storage. Trusted destinations and care when sharing are important because the app does not encrypt those exports.
The publisher may revise the privacy policy as features or data practices change. The policy says an updated version should show a revised date in the app and on the published webpage.
